Caleb Hopkinson and Sarah Clay were my great, great, great, great grandparents. They were married on December 6, 1770 in Buxton, Maine. Caleb was born in Bradford, MA, moved to Buxton, Maine and married. He and Sarah then moved to Limington, Maine and raised two children in Limington, Maine. Caleb was one of the first settlers of Buxon, Maine. He was also one of the Body Guards of General Gates in the Revolution.
